This poor deer got hit from the car that was in front of us coming home .Samantha An I helped it out of the road 😞 Most people probably would just leave her there, but I couldn’t heart 💔it to just leave her there I had to stop an help. Yes, it was dangerous and yes she would probably die anyway cause the bleeding but I just wanted her to get off the road so at least she can have a little hope. She was lucky friendly we got to pet her An talk to her An I nudge her An she got up An ran to the woody area. So it went like I wanted it too. Now I can go to bed tonight knowing she’s at least safe off of the road.

Today, Samantha was in the parade. Shes in ROTC.
She was carrying the right raffle.
I'm so proud of her.

I'm Planning on coming back to blogging, I really miss it.
So I will be posting more.
I hope everyone is having a good and safe weekend.

  1. Tasha, what a generous and ambitious project you've undertaken. Twenty-six monkeys! The children who receive them will be so blessed - and thrilled! And I'm glad you didn't get hurt helping the deer. Poor thing. And your daughter looks terrific in her ROTC uniform. You have every reason to be a proud mama. :) Glad to see you back!

  4. Welcome back! So nice to see you here in this space. Love the monkeys. I saw a big deer get hit this week in rush hour traffic. It was horrible and died right away. It got hit on the other side of a busy road and I could not get to it. I am still so sad about it all.

  5. Your monkeys put a smile on my face. What a lovely thing to do. I hope that deer was able to recover. It is so sad to see animals hurt. You are an angel for stopping and doing what you could for her. Glad to have you back. I have missed you.
